In 2021, I joined the Patuxent Environmental and Aquatic Research Laboratory (PEARL, Morgan State University, US) Natural Resources Economics team where in collaboration with Maryland Department of Natural resources we are conducting research to understand Human dimensions and management of non-native Sika deer on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore https://dnr.maryland.gov/wildlife/Pages/hunt_trap/SikaDeer_About.aspx

In May 2020, I created the Nigerian Biodiversity Project with the goal to map the occurrence, abundance, and distribution of biodiversity. Over the last two years, with the help of other citizen scientists, the project is making considerable progress.
